Mirage Networks Wins Georgia Non-Profit
Mirage Networks Inc., a manufacturer of security devices that limit and secure access to computer networks, revealed today that it has garnered the business of a non-profit organization from Georgia. The financial impact of the customer win was not disclosed. According to Austin-based Mirage, Georgia Systems Operations Corp. will use Mirage's network access control solution to prevent unknown devices from accessing the organization's intranet. Mirage added that its NAC solution will ensure that contractors accessing Georgia System Operations' network are current and compliant. Headquartered in Tucker, Ga., Georgia System Operations is owned by 38 of Georgia's electric membership corporations.
