DG FastChannel Merges With Internet Advertising Firm
Dallas-based DG FastChannel said Thursday that it is in an agreement with merge with New York-based Enliven Marketing Technologies, a provider of technology for the Internet advertising industry. According to the firm, the deal is worth approximately $98M in a stock-for-stock transaction. DG FastChannel said that the deal will help the firm address the video market more effectively. Enliven develops technology used for deploying online and mobile advertising campaigns. The firms said that the combined companies have pro forma revenues of approximately $178.4M for the twelve months ended December 31, 2007.
