Advanced Solutions International Buys UK Software Firm

Virginia-based Advanced Solutions International, which has its technical headquarters based in Austin, said Thursday that it has acquired UK charity and fundraising software specialist Fisk Brett. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. According to ASI, Fisk Brett will become a wholly owned subsidiary of ASI. Advanced Solutions International is a provider of web-based software for nonprofits. ASI's development, quality assurance and testing, and tech support operations, representing around 75 employees, is based here in Austin.
