Boundless Network Buys Another Firm

Austin-based Boundless Network, the promotional products firm backed by Austin Ventures and Silverton Partners, is continuing its acquisition roll, saying earlier this week that it acquired Virginia-based distributor PromoCorp. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. PromoCorp provides promotional products to such firms as Walmart, CBS, XO Communications and Choice Hotels International. Boundless says it has now acquired over a dozen companies in the last 24 months, including four this year.
