Perot Systems Closes BearingPoint China Acquisition

Plano-based Perot Systems said over the weekend that it has completed its acquisition of BearingPoint Mangement Consulting (Shanghai) Ltd., the Chinese arm of BearingPoint consulting. Perot Systems did not disclose financial details of the buy, but said it follows approval of the transaction by the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce, and the U.s. Bankruptcy Court. The deal was originally announced on October 11th.
