Perot Systems Buys BearingPoint China Consulting

Plano-based Perot Systems is acquiring BearingPoint's chinese consulting arm, BearingPoint Mangement Consulting (Shangai) Ltd., the firm said Sunday evening. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. according to Perot Systems, the acquisition is related to its own acquisition by Dell, and will boost the firm's services in China. BearingPoint has offices in Shanghai and Beijing. Perot Systems said the buy is subject to U.S. Bankruptcy Court and the Chinese government approval; BearingPoint is currently operating under a bankruptcy reorg.
