SoftLayer Deploys VMware ESX

Dallas-based hosting firm SoftLayer said today that it has bgun offering VMware ESX support in its dedicated server offerings. The firm said it will support the popular server virtualization operating system, including support for VMware vSphere. The support will allow its customers the ability to run multiple operating system images on a single, dedicated server within the firm's data center.
