Plano-based Layered Technologies today reported that it is providing KANA Software with its virtual private data center, managed services, and disaster recovery services. Financial impact of the win was not disclosed. KANA Software is a developer of software for managing customer service. Layered Technologies is a provider of dedicated hosting, cloud computing, and other managed IT services.
