RealPage Up In IPO Debut
Carrollton, Texas-based RealPage was up in its market debut Thursday, opening at $11.00 per share, and closing at $14.53 per share by day's end. The firm traded as high as $16.41 per share during the day. RealPage had priced its 12.3M shares at $11.00 per share--below initial estimates--last night, but was up in daily trading. The firm's IPO was underwritten by Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank Securities, William Blair & Company, RBC Capital Markets, JMP Securities, and Pacific Crest Securities. The firm was backed by ACredit Suisse, Deutsche Bank Securities, William Blair & Company, RBC Capital Markets, JMP Securities, and Pacific Crest Securities. The firm was backed by Advanced Capital Partners and Apax Excelsior VI. RealPage develops software used for property management.
