Benchmark Electronics Gets Facility Approval

Angleton, Texas-based Benchmark Electronics reported this morning that the firm's Thailand facility has completed an audit from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), allowing it to manufacture Class III finished devices for medical original equipment manufacturers. The provider of electronic manufacturing services said the facility will be used by its large, tier-one medical OEMs.
