Rock Hill Capital Invests In Video Conferencing Firm

Houston-based private equity firm Rock Hill Capital Group announced today that it has invested in Applied Global Technologies (AGT), a service provider for the video conferencing market. Size of the investment was not disclosed. Applied Global Technologies is based in Rockledge, Florida. The two firms said they are looking to expand AGT's business through organic growth and selective acquisitions. Rock Hill Capital says it makes investments in middle and lower middle market companies with enterprise values of up to $75M.
