Masergy Communications Delays IPO

Plano-based Masergy Communications, which provides managed, virtual network services for the enterprise market, said Wednesday afternoon that it is postponing its IPO. The firm, which is venture backed by Centennial Ventures, Meritage Funds, and Special Private Equity Partners, said it decided to postpone the offering "due to market conditions." The firm had filed for an IPO in November of 2010, looking to raise around $100M on the NYSE.
