Javelin Semiconductor Raises $4M
Austin-based Javelin Semiconductor, a developer of 3G, CMOS power amplifiers for the communications market, has raised $4.0M in a Series C funding round, according to a regulatory filing from the firm. Source of the new funds were not disclosed, however, the firm has previously scored funding from Sevin Rosen Funds and Silverton Partners. Javelin Semiconductor is headed by Brad Fluke, and provides its 3G CMOS Power Amplifiers to cell phone handset manufacturers. More information »
