RFM Ships Wireless Module

Dallas-based RF Monolithics said today that it has received the first order, and shipped first production of a new Wi-Fi plus Bluetooth module. The firm said it is shipping the modules to Logid PD, a developer of products for the industrial and healthcare market. Financial impact and ship volumes were not announced. RF Monolithics said its WLS1271 module was released in April.
