SoftLayer Officially Opens In Amsterdam

Dallas-based SoftLayer Technologies, the provider of managed and cloud hosting services, said today that it has officially opened up its new European HQ in Amsterdam. The firm said that it is investing $75M in its European operations, over the next two years in its operations in Amsterdam, London, and Frankfurt. The company officially opened up a new European headquarters and data center in Amsterdam Monday. The new data center is the firm's 13th. SoftLayer had said October 13th that it would be opening up its headquarters in the city this month.
