Texas Firm Sues Zynga Over Patents

A Sugar Land-based patent licensing firm, Personalized Media Communications, said this morning that it is suing high flying social games developer Zynga, over four patents it owns. Personalized Media Communications said that its four patents cover the use of information in electronic media, which personalize display of information to a user. PMC said it owns 57 patents. PMC said it is being represented by Fulbright & Jaworski in the lawsuit.
