Dell Completes Make Technologies Buy

Round Rock-based Dell said this morning that it has completed its acquisition of Make Technologies, a developer of application modernization software and services. The deal had originally been announced in April. Make Technologies develops software which makes it easier to transition software from legacy systems to modern operating systems and computers. Make Technologies was based in Vancouver, Canada.
