Alert Logic Gets $12.2M

Houston-based Alert Logic, a developer of web-based security tools, said today that it has raised $12.2M more for the company. The Series F round was led by Industry Ventures and DH Capital, new investors in the company, and also included prior investors Updata Partners, Covera Ventures, DFJ Mercury, OCA Ventures and Access Venture Partners. The firm said it plans to use the new funding to enhance the growth of its Web Security Manager product line. Alert Logic, which is headed by Gray Hall, said it now has over $30M in annual recurring revenue. More information »
