BMC Looking For Buyer, Says Report

Houston-based BMC Software, the developer of business management software, is reportedly looking for a buyer, according to a report in the Wall Street Journal Monday. The WSJ said that BMC has hired Bank of America Merrill Lynch to shop the firm for buyers. BMC has not announced any of its plans publicly.
