Dell Launches Home Tech Service

Round Rock-based Dell said today that it has launched a new, concierge service for its home customers, called Dell Tech Concierge. According to Dell, the annual subscription-based phone and chat service will provide personalized technology care for Windows PCs and other devices like routers, printers, music players, smart phones and tablets. The service starts at $239.00 plus tax for one year. Dell said the service will include automated, regular online backups, virus and malware removal, and other technical support.
