Solera Holdings Completes Service Repair Solutions Investment

Westlake, Texas-based automobile insurance claims processing software provider Solera Holdings said Thursday that it has completed its investment in Service Repair Solutions, Inc., a provider of service, maintenance, and repair databases and software for repair shops and auto dealers. Solera acquired the equity interest in SRS from private equity firm Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe. Financial terms of the deal have not been announced, and Solera did not say how much of a stake it now owns in the joint venture.
