NIMBOXX Buys VDI Business From Virtual Bridges

Austin-based NIMBOXX, which develops products for the software-defined, data center market, said Monday that it has acquired the virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) business of Virtual Bridges. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. NIMBOXX said the deal included technology, staff, customers and partners. NIMBOXX is led by Rocky Bullock. Virtual Bridges is also based in Austin.
