BP3 Global Raises $10M

Austin-based business process management software developer BP3 Global has raised $10M in a growth equity funding, from Nashville-based private equity investor Petra capital Partners. Petra said that the investment will be used by BP3 to speed up development of its Brazos software platform. Rob Smith, General Partner at Petra, will join BP3's board as part of the funding. BP3 is led by CEO Scott Francis; the company's chairman is Lance Gibbs. More information »
