OwnLocal Buys Print2Web

Austin-based OwnLocal said Monday that it has acquired Print2Web, a provider of print-to-digital services for the newspaper publishing industry. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. OwnLocal said the acquisition happened on December 19th, and that it will continue to support Print2Web's customers and products. OwnLocal is led by Lloyd Armbrust.
