AirVault Acquired By GE Aviation

Addison, Texas-based cloud-based digital records management provider Critical Technologies, Inc., which does business as AirVault, has been acquired by GE Aviation, GE announced on Monday afternoon. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. AirVault provides online records management for the aviation industry, helping to store fleet maintenance records. AirVault had been led by CEO John Oldham, and had data center operations in both Dallas and Oklahoma City. Critical Technologies was advised by FOCUS Investment Banking LLC in the transaction.
