PDI Software Acquires TouchStar Group

Temple, Texas-based PDI Software, a developer of enterprise logistics software, said today that it has acquired TouchStar Group, a logistics automation software. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Touchstar is based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. According to PDI, TouchStar has 110 customers across 12 countries, and provides fleet management for over 10,000 vehicles. PDI serves the oil and gas, transportation and aviation operations industries.
