GlobalSCAPE Gets NYSE Warning
San Antonio-based secure file transfer software developer GlobalSCAPE said this morning that it has received a warning from the NYSE, saying that it is in noncompliance with the continued listings standards of the exchange. GlobalSCAPE said the warning is due to its failure to file a timely 10-Q form for the quarter ended June 30, 2017. The company now faces additional deadlines and possible delisting, if it fails to bring its filings up to date; GlobalSCAPE, for its part, said it is "working diligently" to file the delayed form 10-Q.
