GlobalSCAPE Gets New Warning From NYSE

San Antonio-based GlobalSCAPE said on Wednesday that it has received a "notice of noncompliance" from the NYSE, over failure to file its Form 10-K for December 31, 2016, on time. The company--which was already on notice from the NYSE for failing to file its 10-Q on time. Those issues came upon after the company's former, independent registered public accounting firm had withdrew its audit report on the company's financial statements. Those warnings are a shot over the bow for GlobalSCAPE, which must meet NYSE filing requirements or face potential delisting. The company said, as a result of the late filings, the NYSE is now listing the company as GSB.LF, indicating it is late in filing.
