Globalscape CFO Retires, Company Launches New CFO Search

San Antonio-based software developer Globalscape said late Friday that its CFO, James Albrecht, is retiring, and the company is seeking a new CFO. According to the company, it has appointed Karen Young as the company's Interim Chief Financial Officer in the meantime; Young has been the company's Controller since January fo 2015. According to Globalscape, it has launched a new search for a CFO; Albrecht has agreed to serve as a consultant to the company during the transition. Globalscape develops file and data transfer software.
