SailPoint Names New Board Member

Austin-based SailPoint Technologies, which develops enterprise identity management software, said this week that it has expanded its board. According to SailPoint, it has named Tracey Newell to its board of directors, as well as a member of its Compensation Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Newell is currently President of Informatica's Global Field Operations, and also previously had served as EVP of Global Field Operations at Proofpoint, and also served at Polycom, Juniper Networks, and Cisco WebEx. SailPoint is led by CEO and co-founder Mark McClain.
