OJO Labs Acquires RealSavvy

Austin-based OJO Labs, which develops conversational artificial intelligence (AI) software, has acquired fellow Austin-based startup RealSavvy, which develops real estate software. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. According to OJO Labs, it will combine its proprietary AI and technology platform to help provide real estate agents, helping real estate agents "engage at optimal times" in the home buying and selling process. OJO Labs said that RealSavvy will join it at its new headquarters on South Congress Ave, with RealSavvy's team to be immediately integrated into the company. RealSavvy had been led by CEO Rick Orr OJO Labs is led by CEO John Berkowitz.
