Perot Systems Buys IT Provider

Perot Systems Corporation said Monday afternoon that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire QSS Group, a Lanham, Maryland-based provider of information technology services. The company services the Army, Coast Guard, Department of Health and Human Services, NASA, NOAA, Department of Treasury and the intelligence community. The deal was worth $250M in cash.
