Voyant Taps Amazon For Cloud Deployment

Austin-based Voyant, a developer of financial planning software, announced today that the firm will offer its customers dedicated, enterprise services using Amazon's cloud computing services. Voyant said it will deploy private cloud versions o fits financial planning software using Amazon Virtual Private Cloud (VPC), the private version of Amazon's EC2 cloud computing service. The firm said the move would make it easier for enterprises to deploy Voyant's products, compared with on-premise deployment. Amazon launched its private cloud offering in August.
