Austin-based OtherInBox, a service for automatically moving and organizing email messages, has raised $2.3M in a funding round, according to a regulatory filing from the firm today. The filing indicates the fundraising is part of a $4.2M, equity fundraising effort by the company, and included 23 investors. No details on the funding have been released by the company.
