Sigma Solutions Acquires DTS Communications

San Antonio-based Sigma Solutions, a provider of information technology services, said late Thursday that it has acquired DTS Communications, based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. DTS Communications specializes in deploying high end, secure wireless networks. The firms said the acquisition would help them expand their portfolio of platforms. Sigma said it is now a $100M company. The firm implements IT systems for corporations in San Antonio, Houston, Dallas, Austin and New Orleans, as well as in Arizona, Minnesota, New Mexico and Oregon.
