Airband Raises $20M More, Eyes Acquisitions

Dallas-based Airband Communications, the provider of fixed wireless voice and data services, said today that it has raised another $20M in funding. The round came from ABRY Partners, and will go towards financing further growth. Airband said it intends to grow both organically as well as through mergers and acquisitions. ABRY Partners gains a board seat with the funding.
