Dell Buys Clerity Solutions

In its second acquisition this week--and the fourth this year--Round Rock-based Dell said this morning that it has acquired another company. Dell said it has acquired Clerity Solutions, a developer of software which helps customers migrate applications from legacy computing installations to new, modern IT environments. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Clerity is based in Chicago, and was founded in 1994. Dell said it will add Clerity's approximately 70 employees to its Dell Services team.
