Roomkey Exits Beta, Adds New Tools

Dallas-based Roomkey.com, the startup hotel search engine which is backed by Choice Hotels International, Hilton, Hyatt Hotels, InterContinental Hotels Group, Marriott, and Wyndham Hotel Group, said today that it has exited beta for the service, and added a number of new features. The site--which launched in March--offers up a way for travelers to find hotel rooms, providing hotel information and pricing information. The firm said it also has added such features as allowing consumers to compare properties across multiple locations, share their favorite hotels with other via email, Facebook, and Twitter, and now is featuring consumer reviews of properties on the site.
