Servergy Backs OpenStack Foundation

Dallas-based Servergy, the venture backed developer of power optimized servers for the data center market, said today that it is backing the OpenStack Foundation as a corporate sponsor. The company--which just raised $20M in a venture capital funding round, said it has based its servers on the PowerLinux OpenStack distribution. Servergy is led by Bill Mapp.
