Emerson Opens $70M Innovation Center In Round Rock

Emerson Process Management, a developer of automation systems and project services, said Thursday that it has opened up a $70M, "innovation center" in Round Rock. According to Emerson, which develops process control systems, consulting, and other related products and services, the new, 282,000-square foot facility is the global headquarters for its automation systems and project services businesses. The company did not say how many people are employed at the new facility. Emerson is a $24.7 billion, publicly held technology and engineering company based in St. Louis.
