Google's Self Driving Cars Head To Austin

Google said this morning that it is expanding its testing of self driving cars to Austin, and has starting driving around two, Lexus 450h SUVs in the city equipped with its self-driving car technology. The self driving car expansion is the first by Google outside of California, and is an attempt by the technology giant to better understand the difference between traffic conditions near its headquarters in the San Francisco area, and the much different traffic around Austin.
