Drive.ai Rolls Out Self Driving Cars In Arlington
Drive.ai, which develops self driving car technology, has launched a small fleet of self driving cars in the city of Arlington, Texas this week. According to the City of Arlington, three, self-driving, three-passenger vans will roll around Arlington's Entertainment District, taking passengers between such locations as AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Park, Texas Live!, the Arlington Convention Center and the CenterPoint Office Complex. Arlington and Drive.ai had announced the deal earlier this year. Financial details of the one-year pilot program have not been announced by the city or Drive.ai. The service rolls out today, Friday, and is free of charge to the public.
