Apogee Acquires Campus Televideo

Austin-based Apogee, a provider of network infrastructure outsourcing for college campuses, said Thursday that it has acquired Campus Televideo, a provider of higher education video services. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Apogee helps college campuses with the deployment and operation of network infrastructure and video, with a focus on residential housing; Campus Televideo provides video, IPTV, and streaming services to the higher education market. Apogee is led by Chuck Brady.
